Chain Restaurant Ordering Mini-App
01 / Background

Handwritten tickets at peak hours, 12 stores out of control

The client runs a fast-food chain with 12 stores. Ordering was manual: customers called out, staff wrote tickets, kitchen cooked to paper. 30-minute queues, wrong and missed orders, sold-out items not synced — each store kept its own books, HQ waited for store managers to report numbers.

They did not need "a page that takes orders". They needed one complete system for four roles: customer, kitchen, store manager, HQ.
